Vision

 

Vision plans supplement the vision benefit of most major medical plans, typically covering one pair of eyeglasses, one pair of contact lenses, one eye exam per year; and in some cases, contact lenses prescribed following cataract surgery.


Vision coverage is an important part of a complete health insurance program for your employees. Please refer to your policy for complete details. All of the coverage areas are subject to policy definitions, exclusion and limitations.

 

A comprehensive vision care plan will cover exams, glasses, and contact lenses every 12 or 24 months, yearly exams and provides discounts toward eyewear and doctors' professional services.
