The federal EEO-1 report must be filed no later than September 30, 2016. The EEO-1 Report is a compliance survey mandated by federal statute and regulations. The survey requires company employment data to be categorized by race/ethnicity, gender and EEOC designated job categories. Those employers with 100 or more employees must comply with this filing. Employees include both part and full-time employees who have worked at least 20 calendar weeks between last year and this year.
